What we collect

If you fill in a form we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, what you do, the page you came from, and the numbers you put into the calculator. We use them to send your report and to reply. Nothing else.

The calculator

The calculator runs in your browser. Your numbers stay on your device unless you choose to send them with the form.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few actions like starting the calculator or clicking a booking button. It does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites.

We set no cookies of our own.

Who else touches your details

The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs standard technical information such as IP address for security. Your enquiry goes into our own customer records and our email. Emails, including the automatic reply you get when you enquire, are sent through Resend. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside the people doing the work.

Your customers’ details, when you are a client

When we run campaigns for you, you give us your list of past customers. We use it only to send the messages you approve, on your behalf, and to report what was booked. We do not sell it, use it for anyone else, or share it with anyone outside the people doing the work.

Every message names your business and includes an easy opt-out. When someone opts out, we record it so they are not contacted again. Ask us at any time and we will delete your list.

Deleting your details

Email info@novahelix.dev and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it within a few business days.
